You are buying a rustic timber product.
Timber is a natural product and is subject to movement. Small splits, warping and out fallen knots can occur when timber drys out, this will normally rectify itself when humidity increases and is not considered a defect. Please not the table colour is only a treatment and the colour may vary dependant on timber species and chemicals. The colour will fade as the timber is exposed to weather conditions and further staining will be required to enhance your products appearance.
We Aim to despatch within 48 hrs of cleared funds but Please note during busy periods of high demand this product can take up to 7 days to despatch during busy periods.

- Goods signed for in good condition cannot be claimed for afterwards. Please check your packaging carefully, as claims for damaged goods signed for in good condition may not be accepted.
- You must notify us of any damage / shortage within 24 hrs of receiving the goods. For any other issues please contact us with 7 days of arrival.
- Good requested to be left unsigned will be entirely at the buyers risk and no claims will be entertained.
- If you are not available to sign or take receipt of your delivery when the courier attempt to deliver, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
- If the Goods are returned to us through non receipt of delivery a re-delivery charge will be applicable This will notified to you before a re-delivery attempt is made.
- All Deliveries of this item are made within 48 hrs of receiving your consignment number.(Excluding Weekends unless you have specifically paid for this service).

Returns Policy.
In line with Ebays new customer satisfaction policy we offer the following.
-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging unused within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and your return costs.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned or sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we highly recommend that you send the item using a delivery service/courier that insures you fully for the value of the goods. If the goods arrive back damaged you may receive a partial or no refund. Where the item is free delivery the refund cost will be less 20% of the sale value.
