The Black box around the image is only there for display purposes.  It is intended to simulate a tinted window.  The box WILL NOT be part of the decal.

All decals include full, easy to read instructions.

All decals are cut with Oracal 651 series vinyl.

Decals adhere to MOST clean, smooth surfaces.  Some surfaces, such as certain woods, will not work.

Free shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number.

If tracking number is important to you, please upgrade to Standard Shipping for an additional charge.

Please do not ask for a tracking number if shipping is not upgraded.

USPS loses more mail than one would think. If your decal has not arrived after ten days, please send a message though eBay messaging and allow the opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback.

 Each decal is custom cut to your order, so please allow for processing time before shipping.  Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours Monday - Friday.  However, depending on order volumes, it may take up to 48 hours. 

If ordered on Saturday or Sunday, decals should ship the following Monday, provided that it is not a USPS Holiday.

If not completely satisfied with the quality of our decals, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund. Please return decal in new / unused condition, just as it was sent to you.  Buyer pays return shipping.

Applying a decal should not be a stressful situation.

If you are unsuccessful in applying your decal, don't sweat it!  Just send a photo of the damaged decal through eBay messaging and a one-time replacement will be sent to you.
