USSR Soviet Russian Navy Officer's Hat Badge. 

Aluminium alloy. Size: 6 x 5.5 cm. Colour: Gold. Weight: 7.6 gr.

This officer badge was attached to a visor hat or a black sheepskin ushanka hat.

Please note: prior to fixing the badge to a hat, cap, jacket, etc make a hole with an awl or other sharp instrument. Do not try to attach the badge by pushing the pins directly through the material as this may damage them.
