Insurance is provided with free shipping to cover loss or damage at no additional cost. Decisions on insurance coverage by the carrier is obviously out of my control.
PUERTO RICO/ALASKA/HAWAII: We do ship to these locations via USPS. However they may require additional shipping costs, please contact us if you live in one of these locations for a shipping quote. We do not mark things as gifts. Any fees, duties etc are to be paid by the buyer.

Payment

We accept all Paypal and major credit or debit cards through PayPal on eBay. Iowa residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Most items require payment at checkout. Those that do not require payment within 48hrs.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. We guarantee the part to match the description in the ad for 30 days or we will replace the part with a good part or refund your money upon return of the item. Returns due to an error on our part will be at no cost to you. We may be able to send a substitute part too.

Are subject to a 20% restocking fee OR the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds the 20%. Return shipping will be at your cost.
