 The knob has an additional button „SHIFT” (in real truck it is a clutch)
The additional button may be assigned in a game e.g. A hand brake, a horn, lights etc. (pactically what you want :) )

The knob was manufactured to a real truck so, thanks to a possibility of changing a gears from lower to upper gearbox and by using so called ,,halves", you can feel like a real truck driver.

Montage:
Unscrew an old knob from a h-shifter, put the new one and screw. You can use the new knob now!
