Featuring full 120cm Olympic size fittings, the ROTABAR features full 360 degree rotating knurled handle grips, allowing you to have the most natural movement, compensate for injuries, much like an E-Z bar, but with any angle you like, AND allowing you to alternate hand supination between reps and sets!


Not only that, it features a cable fitting centre mounted attachment, for even more versatility.


Some examples of its use..


Barbell curls - Alternate between supinated, hammer curls and reverse curls.


Shoulder press - Rotate movement in front of you, to supinated over head


Bent Over Rows - Free movement of the wrists for a smoother movement.


Tricep Pushdowns on Cable - Alternate between supinated, hammer and reverse pushdowns.


Skull Crushers - Remove elbow pain, alternate to hammer wrist position.
