Return Policy

 

We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition within 14 days, with the original packaging. Just email  us to let us to know you are returning something and we can help you (or if you just want to return something without contacting us first, that's not a problem either, just put your order details in the parcel with your return so we know who you are) We promise to refund you within 3 working days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund you all the same (and replace the goods at no extra charge)For returns weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned via Royal Mail.

Seconds items: Please be aware seconds listed items are exempt from the standard returns policy.
