These black mailing / postal bags are manufactured from a strong mono LDPE 100% virgin polythene film and are 100% recyclable. The shade of black may vary from time to time but are 100% opaque so you cannot see the contents. They are extremely tough as used by leading mail order companies.

These postal bags are a mid-gloss on the outside. The film has been specially treated during the manufacturing process to ensure the glue-strip sticks permanently and also ensures that stamps/sticky labels and document wallets stick onto your parcels.

NOTE: it is very difficult to show exact colours on the photos - the shade may vary, if you need a particular shade please message us before purchase.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be picked and packed ready for despatch as soon as possible.

UK POSTAGE: We post all items 2nd class post as standard, any parcel over 2kg in weight will be sent 1st class or via courier (choice is at our discretion). If you require 1st class postage please choose this option at the checkout (if you have any problems please ask us to amend your invoice before you make payment, please do this by clicking on Request Total From Seller at the check-out. Please do not pay for 2nd class and then message us asking to send 1st class.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: All parcels under 2kg will be sent via 1st class airmail. All parcels over 2kg will be sent in split parcels due to weight constraints, they would be sent at the same time however they may not arrive together, this is normal and the remaining parcel(s) will arrive within a day or so. On occasions some larger orders may be sent via courier.

Average Shipping Times:

1st Class: 1-3 working days from the date of despatch
2nd Class: 2-5 working days from date of despatch
International via Airmail (Royal Mail) including Southern Ireland & Europe: 5-7 working days from date of despatch
International via Airmail (Royal Mail) Rest of the World: 7-12 working days from date of despatch
Courier: UK is usually next day delivery
Courier: International delivery times vary

IMPORTANT NOTE: We aim to despatch your items within 24 hours of cleared payment however we are completely dependent upon the third party ie., Royal Mail or courier for actual delivery. Royal Mail delivery times vary considerably and although ebay state expected delivery date, they should only be considered as an estimate. If you consider your order is taking longer than anticipated please message us using ebay messaging service and we will look into the matter. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost until 15 days have passed and a claim/investigation with Royal Mail will be filed.

Courier delivery is generally next day delivery - this is the next working day from the date of collection from me but if your parcel is sent on Friday delivery will not be until the following Monday unless extra is paid for Saturday delivery. All courier deliveries will need to be signed for - if no-one is available to sign, a card will be left and you will need to arrange a mutually convenient time for the courier to re-deliver - if they are returned to me the postage will need to be repaid. If possible please let us have your telephone number so that the courier can call you if they experience any problems whilst trying to deliver.

Payments

Payment is accepted via PayPal only and is required immediately upon purchase. All orders will have an invoice which is in a document wallet on the front of the parcel.
