Your order will be processed within one business days (Monday to Friday) of full payment, unless otherwise noted in the window ship date. If you are not automatically sent tracking information, just email us and we will supply it.

Return Policy

• All of our products come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• We will refund you 100% of the Purchase price if you are not satisfied with the product, less shipping and handling , unless you were sent the wrong product or it was not as described. 
  
• Please e-mail us first before returning the product.
• The product must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped to you. A pair of shoes that was sent new, then worn, even once, is not returnable. 
  
• We allow 72 hours from delivery time to inspect the product and 30 days to get the product back to us for credit.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to customer's PayPal and footwear will be returned to customer. 
  
• Buyer pays shipping charges to return products to Shoes Special and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. 
  
• Refunds will be issued to your Paypal immediately upon arrival of returned item.
