It simply beats every other Still Column on the market. The T500 allows you to collect an astonishing 95% of the possible alcohol from the wash. This comes out at an amazing 93% alcohol purity

High quality alcohol made with the T500 can be used to make high quality, commercial grade, clear spirits such as Gin, White Rum and Vodka as well as any of the other spirits and liqueurs in the Still Spirits Essences range.

It can also be used to produce Essential Oils and Bio Fuels.

Designed and assembled in New Zealand (where distilling alcohol for personal use is legal), it is the world's most advanced fractionating column for home use.
It includes high quality Copper Construction, faucet/tap adaptor for ease of water flow adjustment and a digital temperature display allowing for near perfect temperature control. .

Connections for most tap types are included.


The performance of the still will depend on the flow of water remaining as constant as possible. If your water supply is not a constant pressure, you can use the Still Spirit Water Flow Regulator to eliminate this problem (sold separately – see our Shop for details). This will allow maximum yield from your T500 Column.

How do you send items?

Items are dispatched the next WORKING day (often the same day), Monday to Friday, (Bank Holidays not included).

STANDARD DELIVERY prices are for ALL UK locations.
ECONOMY AND EXPRESS NEXT DAY prices are for UK MAINLAND & LOWLANDS ONLY.

If paying by PayPal, eBay only allows us to send it to the PayPal address for Buyer/Seller Protection. If you want it shipped to a different address, please change the address on your PayPal account temporarily before you place your order.

Please make sure your details are correct. Our labelling software will copy it as you have written it. Please check it before you order. (You would be surprised how many addresses, phone numbers and emails are out of date!)

Someone needs to be in to sign for Next Day Courier deliveries. If you are not in, they will leave a card with contact information and try again. If you are still not in and have not responded to the card left, the package will be held for a short time and then returned to us at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour, he usually will.

What if I missed the delivery?

Royal Mail: If the Postman or Delivery Driver cannot deliver to you, he ‘should’ leave a card through your door. This doesn’t always happen especially if it is a relief Postman. Please use your discretion. If you feel the package is running late, please contact your local delivery Depot (this is not necessarily your Post Office) and ask them if they have a package for you. You are very welcome to ask us for help.

Next Day Courier: Your package should be delivery the following working day. If it has not been delivered, again, please look for a card or contact us as we can track your delivery. If they have missed you, they will redeliver to you another day if you let them know. If they are still unable to deliver, they will ship the item back to me at your expense (£16). However, if you leave a signed letter for the driver authorising him to leave it with a specific neighbour, he will.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We send nearly all our light items (under 2 kilos) Worldwide. (If your country is not shown, please ask us for a quote before buying.)

Heavy items (over 2 kilos) are sent to European Mainland Zones 1-5. (Islands and Outlying Territories that are not connected to the Mainland by road incur a surcharge.)

Some Countries require a tracked service. This is either because of the location, the value of your order or PayPal requires Proof of Delivery for Buyer/Seller protection. If this is the case, we will inform you. If you do not want to add this service, we will cancel your order and refund you.

We do not send glass internationally without our prior authorisation. Customer must assume responsibility for breakages in transit.

International Returns:

We do not refund International postage under ANY circumstances after the package has been dispatched.

If the package is returned to us because you changed your mind, refused delivery or were unavailable for delivery or gave us the wrong details, the package will be posted back to us at your expense.

Customs:

It is your responsibility to check your Customs/Import regulations regarding tax, duty and permitted items. If you buy an item, we will send it assuming you have checked. There is no way we can know the rules for every country and region. This is your responsibility.

If it is returned because it is not allowed through your Customs Office, you will still be charged for postage and any inspection damage incurred.

If unsure, please contact your Local Customs Office before buying. This is your responsibility.

Returns

You can buy from us with complete peace of mind with our 30 day returns policy.

Please contact us before returning your item to get a Returns Number. It’s a quick call, we are very friendly and it allows us to track your return back into our system and issue your exchange or refund efficiently.

Your item will NOT be accepted back without a Returns Number. We will give you the correct return address to send your particular item.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

If you have received the wrong order, if it is damaged, faulty or 'Not As Described', this is our responsibility and you will receive a full refund including reasonable return postage. Return postage must be pre-approved by us when you telephone us to report the problem. We may decide to collect it from you rather than have you return it.

If you have bought a glass item from us, it is your responsibility to check it upon delivery. You must tell the delivery person straight away as glass items cannot be reported as broken once used.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and must be returned unused.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

All free gifts that came with your order must also be returned unused.

For hygiene reasons, food items and food preparation items cannot be returned once opened or used.

What if I just simply change my mind?

If your order arrives and you simply change your mind or it was not as expected, unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in their original sellable condition. All free gifts and all accessories must also be returned unused, in the same condition.

Food items and perishables (items with a sell-by-date) cannot be returned unless Damaged or ‘Not As Described’ for security reasons as we cannot be sure they have not been tampered with.

If the order is returned through no fault of our own, the Buyer is responsible for return postage and the original delivery costs, whether charged separately or included in the price, will not be refunded. The balance will be credited back to you after your items have been inspected and found to be in their original sellable condition. We do not have a restocking fee.

Please do not return unwanted items that have been used or not in their original sellable condition.

Items are your responsibility until we have accepted them back in their original perfect condition, so please package them properly when returning them.

All free gifts that came with your order must also be returned unused.

Should I get proof of postage?

It is very important that you send items back using a Proof Of Delivery Service such as Royal Mail Recorded or Collect+. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Our postage labelling is automated. Our labels are generated using the address received from the PayPal payment.

If you would like it shipped to a different address, please temporarily change the address on your PayPal account BEFORE paying and then change it back after you have made the order.

Please make your payment in good time. The item is not yours until we have received payment.

If you do not make the payment within a few days, eBay will automatically cancel the order and mark you as a non-payer. If there is a reason why you cannot pay within a few days, please let us know so we can stop this from happening.
