FAQ's:

Is my package insured if I select the "free shipping" option?  NO.   Free Shipping = First Class mail and only includes a tracking number.  If you would like to protect your item against loss, theft or damage, please select (and pay for) the Priority Mail option.  If you are paying more than $50 for your item, do not select free shipping.  You will be out of money if your item is lost, stolen or damaged in-transit.  Charlotte Retro is not responsible for uninsured or under-insured items lost, stolen or damaged in-transit.

Why are your eBay prices different than your website?   Our eBay prices are slightly higher to offset the multiple hits we take from eBay for selling on their platform.  eBay charges us 5 times per item sold - listing fee, selling fee, store fee,  fee to receive payments and a fee to access the funds because we do not have a Paypal Business Account! (eBay owns Paypal).  We like eBay because we are a few broke college kids who started this small business and need the worldwide exposure that eBay offers.   Hope this clears things up!

Do you accept Best Offers/Trades?  We generally consider offers on most listings, however we may not always accept them. We sell on multiple platforms and may hold out for our asking price - which is fair.   If we do not list a "Best offer" option, please do not email us for one.  The FIRST offer we get may not be the BEST offer and we do not counter-offer.  Low-ball offers are generally auto-declined. We cannot barter or trade on eBay.

What do you do with items you don’t sell?  All "last chance - final run" items are donated to local non-profits if unsold after 90 days.  We take the Mens’ stuff to the Mens’ Homeless Shelter and the Women/Children's stuff to the Battered Women's Shelter.
