All items purchased before 2:30pm EST will be shipped the same day during normal business days not including holidays and weekends. All shipping estimates provided by eBay are only estimates and not guaranteed unless you purchase a guaranteed service. We offer overnight shipping on all items through USPS if you would like UPS or Fedex please email us. If the item arrives damaged please do not throw away any packaging or return the item without contacting us first, we will need photos to file shipping claims. International customers please check shipping times to your country from the USPS website prior to purchasing. First Class International service does not provide tracking once the package leaves the United States and sometimes has very long estimated delivery times (10-35 business days). If you need the item quickly please select a guaranteed service during checkout (Priority or Express). International Customers may also have customs delays and we will not be liable for lost or delayed packages when First Class International Mail is selected. International Customers must also pay any taxes or duties associated with their purchase.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through the eBay checkout system. If you are unable to checkout via eBay please email us and we will provide you with a credit card authorization form. If you are a registered business interested in opening a Net 30 account which can be used to purchase items on eBay or directly please email us for details. We also have limited financing options offered to established customers. All NY residents will be subject to sales tax unless a valid New York State resale certificate is sent to us prior to shipping.

Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service. Please do not open an eBay buyer protection case or leave negative feedback without contacting us first. If anything is wrong with your order we will fix it or issue you a full refund. All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an RMA number. For items purchased in error or not exchanged the shipping is not refundable and you may be charged a 10% restocking fee.  All LCD and LED products will be held to the manufacturer’s standard to be considered defective which requires multiple dead or malfunctioning pixels. All items are marked with either security labels or unique markings to prevent fraudulent returns so please make sure you are returning the exact item we shipped you.

The warranty period on this item is listed in the description and is valid for only the time specified. The warranty covers manufacturer defects as determined by our technicians and does not cover accidental damage, physical abuse, improper use, or any circumstance when the item was not installed properly. We recommend any technical parts be installed by certified technicians in the proper environment to prevent damage.  That being said we have a lot of extra parts so please feel free to contact us for help with any items purchased from even if you are outside the warranty period. We make every effort to help customers with technical assistance, advice or parts where necessary.
