By bidding and paying for this Item, the Bidder/Buyer agrees to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Buyer must determine own usability. In any and all cases, Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any direct, indirect, incidental or miscellaneous damages, or any other damages, inconveniences, costs or expenses.

The Bidder/Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk regarding the safety, suitability of use and legal requirements concerning ownership, storage, installation, operation and use of the Item and to hold Seller harmless and free of all liability regarding the safety, condition, usability, installation, use, maintenance, disposal, legality and suitability of use and any other issues regarding this Item. Item is a commercial and industrial industrial use product intended for installation and use by qualified personnel and can cause injury or damage if improperly used or installed. Proper and safe installation and operation is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is urged to consult the original manufacturer of the equipment in which the Item will be used for installation, safety, maintenance and operating instructions which may also be available online at the manufacturer’s website. In any and all cases, Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any direct, indirect, incidental or miscellaneous damages, or any other damages, inconveniences, costs or expenses.

Buyer pays shipping cost as stated. USPS First Class Mail are our shipping method of choice for this Item. If paying by PayPal, we will ship to the address associated with the PayPal payment unless prior arrangement is approved by us. If paying by other than PayPal, please send your shipping address including zip code and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder.

Payment upon pick-up is acceptable w/ prior notice. International customers must pay in USD$ only. We make every effort to ship within 3 business days after payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days after email notification to Buyer of amount due, transaction is subject to being reported as failed for non-payment and the Item being sold to another buyer. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO if the Item is UPS or USPS shippable. Due to variable shipping costs, please contact us for a shipping cost quote to these locations BEFORE bidding.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY but, due to delivery problems, not to some locations. Bidders outside the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Europe please contact us BEFORE bidding.

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: ALL INTERNATIONAL customs clearances and import taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer at destination. Re-shipping of items returned to us as undeliverable by foreign post authorities will require re-payment of shipping costs to re-ship.
