"Bookmen's Trio: Ventures in Literary Philandering" is an 86 page, 5.25"x8.25" hardcover written by Walter Hart Blumenthal and published in 1961 by Ahcille J. St. Onge (Worcester, Mass.) in a limited edition of 500 copies. It includes three essays on the joys of book collecting:

1. Flesh and Blood of Paper and Ink: Lifelike Characters that Live Only in Books
2. Boudoir Books for Ladies-in-Waiting: Lessons in Love, for the Feminine Pillow
3. Potluck and Peacocks' Tongues: Potpourri of Old Cookbooks and Odd Foods

The book is in good condition, with no dust jacket. The marbled cloth boards are frayed and bumped at the front top corner, and the gilt title lettering at the spine has faded. There's an old price in pencil on the ffep, a small pencil mark on the back pastedown.
