Please take the time to read this:

1. If you need your item as soon as possible, I sometimes provide same day despatch assuming it is early in the day you ask for it. 

2. If you have any problems please contact me through messages without opening a case, as I always resolve any issues that arise. 

3. Take note that expected delivery dates aren't set in stone and sometimes royal mail can take a little longer, it is out of my control.

4. Messages are not checked at the same time of despatching the items therefore if there are some instructions you want to leave, please do it as a note at the checkout.

5. All items are posted to the shipping addresses at the checkout, therefore please be advised to check before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

6. If you wish to cancel an order please ensure you do it through eBay system rather than sending a message as the chances are I will have posted the item by the time I read your message as I try get items with the buyers as a priority!
