Belgium, Scott #B482a variety, mint (*) not hinged, 1951 semi-postals, Relay Race, 1.75f+25c, carmine, in April 1951, the margins of the Athletic Games souvenir sheet of 1950 (B482a) were trimmed, and two stamps were made from each sheet – one an overprint in red in French “25 francs pour le Fonds Sportif” (left) and “25e Foire International Bruxelles” (right), and a second overprint in black in Flemish “25 frank voor Het Sportfonds” (left) and “25e Internationale Jaarbeurs Brussel” (right).  The overprints were made by the Brussels International Committee and were valid for postage.  They were sold at the Brussels Fair.  Scott 2019 catalogue value: not listed. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer; the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

Please review my terms of sale. The high value of this stamp requires special handling. If you are not ordering from the United States, there is a $US1.15 additional postage expense that needs to be added to the price of the stamp, plus a certified mailing fee that varies by country of destination, but is approximately $4.00 per $100.00 of insurance. Thus the cost of mailing and insurance will be about: $5.15 for most customers outside of the United States. If you are ordering from the United States, there is only a $US0.55 added postage expense, plus a $3.45 certified mail expense, total: $4.00. Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra expense for the added purchases.

By way of reference, I am an American Philatelic Society member (195176). Thank you for looking, and I hope this is the perfect stamp to fill that gap in your collection.
