3x Siemens LED Smart Displays

Are these LEDs smarter than a 5th grader?

Up for sale is a set of 3 Siemens 2416 segmented red smart LED displays, in clean new condition. These displays have a built in seven bit ASCII decoder and memory latches, which makes them easy to use in projects. Each display contains four 17-segment dies mounted on a gold trace substrate under a plastic magnifier. The datasheets for this part are readily available with a Google search. These displays are new and have clean full length leads. Each display has been tested and is guaranteed to be in working condition.
