What is the Expanding Emergency Medical ID Bracelet?
It's a practical, comfortable expanding medical ID wristband with flip open compartment to store your waterproof ID cards. The ID bracelet with incredible features such as:

The two ID cards supplied with your bracelet are 100% waterproof meaning that they'll never perish with moisture. You can use whilst bathing, showering, swimming, in saunas or whilst doing the wahing up!

The Expanding Medical ID Bracelet is an emergency ID solution providing fast access to your ID, medical and/or contact information in an emergency from any connected smartphone, tablet or PC - anywhere in the world.

Remember: You can easily and optionally list all your medical conditions, medications, blood group, NHS number, allergy information, donor preferences and any other important information plus you can even upload legal medical documents.

The Expanding ID Bracelet is capabe of triggering instant emergency SMS alerts to your contact's mobile phone* whenever your profile is accessed. No app is needed and it works in any country where there is an Internet connection.

Every Expanding Expanding Emergency Medical ID Bracelet is shipped with free access to You ID Me - the UK's leading emergency ID and alert service. It's all made possible by registering your condition specific unique You ID Me code which features on the silver ID labels which are preapplied to the reverse of your special ID cards: -
In an emergency...
In an emergency a first responder can quickly and easily access your vital lifesaving information from any smartphone, tablet or pc by entering your unique ID code on to the You ID Me website. Here's an example of what a first resonder might see:

You register your own medical information when you register your unique ID code supplied with your bracelet.
Instant alerts to your contacts' mobile phone
Set up SMS alerts* and your chosen emergency contacts will receive an emergency SMS alert letting them know that you have a problem. If the first responder provides their details then You ID Me will also pass these on to your emergency contacts in the alert message, like this: -

Activating your Expanding Emergency Medical ID Bracelet
You must register (activate) your ID bracelet before you wear it. If you do not then you will not be covered by the You ID Me service.
Your unique ID
When you receive your Expanding Emergency ID Bracelet register your unique ID code at once:-
1) Visit the You ID Me website
2) Click on "Register ID Product"
3) Simply follow the instructions
What information can my bracelet ID profile store?
You may store as much or as little emergency information as you choose for example you can optionally store:-

*You ID Me Service Clarification
When you activate your Expanding Emergency ID bracelet your ID profile will be automatically upgraded to our Platinum Plan for 90 days. This allows the emergency 'Alert My Contacts' SMS feature and provides a small number of free SMS alerts (5) for use during the free upgrade period.
When your upgrade period expires your ID profile will revert to our Gold Plan which is FREE for life.
Most features continue to work as before except the SMS service. If you require the SMS alert service to continue you may upgrade - either permanently or temporarily - to the Platinum Plan. Upgrades are optional and other plans are also available.
Optional plan upgrades
Gold Plan: Allows you to store unlimited emergency medical information.
Platinum Plan: Sends SMS text alerts to your emergency contacts in the event your tag is used in an emergency.
Please note: Neither the Smartphone nor permanent pen needed to write on your ID cards is supplied with your bracelet.
