CERIUM DOPED LEAD GLASS REACTOR WINDOW FACETING ROUGH

Reactor window glass from the USS George Washington.

This is high refraction (RI of 3.3) nuclear reactor window glass, cerium oxide doped glass, 83% lead oxide, 3% cerium oxide and the balance is silica. Polish with cerium oxide on Corian Lap, Cerium Lightning Lap or Spectra Mylar laps. This material has a fantastic dispersion and will cut the most beautiful stones! Several stones can be cut from these pieces!

Weighs 179 carats and measures 21X 20 X 14 mm.

The cut stones in the pictures do not come with.
