Great Britain, Scott #68, Plate 19, Position K H, used(o), 1880, Queen Victoria, 2½ pence, ultramarine, Scott 2019 catalog value: $65.00, very slightly off-centered, two classic socked-on-the-nose cancellations over central image, sound back, two hinge remnants, penciled Scott identification and valuation marks on the back, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail.  Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery.  I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used. If not satisfied, return the stamp to me at your own expense, and I will refund the cost, but not my postage to you.  If the stamp is not as described, I will refund the cost and reimburse you for postage both ways.  If you purchase additional stamps, up to 100stamps, from my listings, I will consolidate the shipment, and there will be no extra shipping charges.  However do let me know that you are making multiple purchases, and also let me know if you want me to delay posting until you make an accumulated purchase. I do want you to be happy with your purchase, and I do want to economize for you on your shipping charges.

By way of reference, I am an American Philatelic Society member (195176). Thank you for looking, and I hope this is the perfect stamp to fill that gap in your collection.
