FRAME MEASUREMENT
RATING SYSTEM
New / Mint Condition: Brand new, may not come with original packaging, may be a new bike take off, never ridden.
Excellent Condition: Very gently ridden, few, if any, signs of use.
Great Condition: Item is in perfect working condition but has very minor cosmetic imperfections.
Good Condition: Item shows signs of wear but is well maintained and functions well. Any scratches, rub marks, chips, dents, tears,etc. will be pictured.
Fair condition: Item may have major cosmetic flaws, but still functions. Any scratches, rub marks, chips, dents, tears, etc. will be pictured.
Payment Policy
Morphine Cycle prefers Paypal or credit card payments over the phone. All in-state residents of Texas will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout. Payment must be received within seven (7) days. We reserve the right to file any unpaid cases through eBay
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed Friday will usually ship out the following Monday, occasionally Tuesday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING Specified shipping charges are for the continental US only. Pricing for Alaska and Hawaii on Puerto Rico will be additional for items weighing over 3lbs. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* The majority of international orders ship using USPS International Priority. Shipping time is usually 7-14 days but sometimes can take more time. Shipping costs for each item can be determined using the rate calculator in the listing. We do not include an invoice in the shipment, however we do completely and accurately fill out customs forms for each shipment. In most cases your country will charge you customs fees or other taxes on your purchase. You are totally responsible for these charges. Please do not ask us to record a lower selling cost or to send as a gift, as this is illegal and against eBay policy.
COMBINED SHIPPING If you would like your orders combined to consolidate shipping costs, please 'buy now' the items you wish to purchase, but do not pay for them until you contact us with your request. We will then combine your items on a single eBay invoice, with a single shipping charge, and send it to you. Once you receive the revised invoice, you may complete the transaction thru Paypal.
Return Policy
We have a no-questions-asked 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our store for a refund. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, only the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
