Both staples present and not rusty (see pictures). Internally clean and free of inscriptions. Scarce.
L Miller and Son were a London-based company who won the franchise to publish Fawcett comics in Britain. One of their less common titles was Whiz Comics, which began publication in 1950 with issue 50, and which featured Captain Marvel until 1953.
