     Retrun Policy

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority . We do accept returns within 7 days and refund you immediatly less shipping handling and insurance. If there was something wrong with the rug that was over looked (DAMAGED)and not mentioned in the listing please contact us immediately via email or call us and we will kindly pick up the rug and refund you in full.

  • Colors not as you hoped
    If the colors were not as you hoped or the rug did not match the way you hoped - you can return for a refind less shipping . If you have specific concerns before placing a bid on something give us a call and we will answer all your questions. As monitor settings are different on all computers we always suggest that you look at the images from different monitors if possible. Get in touch if you have specific concerns or if you can not make out certain colors from the images

     Payment method and shipping

  • We accept money order and cashier cheque, personal cheques, and Paypal. You must contact us within 3 days after the auction has ended and payment has to be in by 7 days after the auction. We have to wait at least 7 days for personal cheques to clear before we ship the item. ALL OF OUR ITEM ARE TO BE SHIPPED WITH IN 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE PAYMENT.
