Return Policy: Should you have any issues with the item we ask that you will reach out to us before opening any cases or return requests. We guarantee how we represent each product in our listings; however, we are not experts in any area. We do our best to test and describe every item honestly. If we accidentally miss something in our description, or you feel we have considerably misrepresented an item, please contact us with the same courtesy you would expect in return and we will take care of our mistake right away. Shipping and Handling: We only ship within the USA to confirmed PayPal addresses. If you wish to ship internationally, then you must use eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Please note that we cannot control any of the prices of this program. We do NOT offer any other type of International Shipping.
• If your item is 15 ounces or less, we will send it using USPS First Class Package.
• If your item is over 15 ounces, we will ship it out using one of the following options: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Flat Rate Envelope or Box, FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground OR FedEx Home Delivery. We choose which is the best postal option based on cost and speed.
If you would like a signature confirmation, please request it at the time of purchase. We will charge $3.00 for this service. If you need your purchase in a certain time frame please send us a request for your shipping needs and we will try and accommodate. Buyer agrees to pay extra shipping costs for rushed delivery.
*If the item is lost or damaged in shipment, the buyer is responsible for the item.
****Please note that once the carrier has possession of the item, it is then out of our control. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, we put our trust in them to deliver the item in a timely matter. Once the item is turned over to the shipper, the item belongs to the buyer. The estimate delivery date is just an estimate provided by eBay. We try our best to accommodate our buyers and we try to pack and ship items within the same day, but sometimes due to Holidays or daily pickup cut off times, it could be a day of handling time before the carrier gets it. And very rare cases, it could take a 2nd day.
