Spray Tan Equipment, Fans:

If the Equipment you have purchased is found to be defective, please first reach out to MaxiMist Equipment Support. Many "defective issues" are easily resolved with a quick phone call to an Expert with your equipment type. Every spray system differs, not all brands or products are identical in how they can be reset or adjusted. Most issues are easily resolved with correct resetting/assembly/adjustment support.

If Tech Support confirms a warranty eligible item defect, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery. After 30 days from purchase date, the item would need to be handled through the manufacturer warranty support process for this item, based on the Warranty terms for that item. If the item requires servicing, the Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the repair facility.

We are sorry, but Loaner or Exchange items are not available.

Pop Up Tents:

have a 30-day warranty from purchase date, with one-time product replacement only for defects. Buyer pays shipping for returned and replaced item

Disposable items, Sticky Feet, Nose Filters, mitts etc.:

No refunds on open or used item. No warranty applies. Shipping damaged item replacement with like item only. Returned items must be new, not opened, not used. All pieces included.

Solutions, Cosmetic, Cleaners, Lotions, Body Care, etc.:

If you have a shipping damaged solution/product concern, please contact us within 14 days of item reception, and let us know. We will be happy to assist you. We need to file a claim on your behalf, and timeframe is limited.

If the item was found to be damaged in shipping, (leaks etc.) we will be glad to replace the item for you with the same identical item, just let us know right away. Replacement item ships with the same shipping speed as original item order. If you would like an express option, you (buyer) will pay the shipping cost.

No returns or replacement on open or used cosmetics, cleansers, lotions etc. for Health and Safety reasons. Please purchase small sizes for testing or trials.Item must be return eligible per above terms to be authorized.

Refunds:
Returns are usually processed within 2-4 business days of our item reception. All items will be tested and inspected once received. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.

Immediate payment is required for all Buy-It-Now items. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct prior to submitting payment through eBay. Shipping address or speed cannot be changed after payment is made. If you have any questions please email us directly through eBay prior to completing your purchase.

Before completing your purchase, make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address, or shipping speed, after payment is made, and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. No Exceptions.

Expedited Shipping:

We know you want it fast! Free Shipping Orders placed by 12 pm EST Monday thru Friday are normally shipped out the same day whenever possible. Please allow extra handling time for busy times of year, or around holidays.

For express shipping, all orders and payment must be completed before 12 noon EST for same day shipping. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not business days. We use USPS, or UPS for shipping within the US. Expedited shipping is not available in all locations.

Delivery Times:

As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package. Delivery times provided at by eBay, or at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have a tracking number provided for you to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping company websites to update.

If your parcel does not arrive by the estimated date, please first check the tracking information we provided to you, prior to contacting us. Please view the carrier's website for the most accurate information. Please ensure the delivery address specified is your current address.

Please reach out to the shipping carrier to confirm the item has been delivered, and not mis-scanned, or left in their vehicle or facility (very common). If it is missing, please let them know right away, and they will normally be able to quickly locate the item for you and deliver it correctly. But you must first contact them!

Please allow them a few days to locate your item. If it is declared lost, please let us know through eBay messages, so we can then assist you further. We are happy to assist

Please note that delivery dates estimated are sometimes not adhered to by the delivery company. This is not our fault.

Handling Time:

We know you want it fast! International Orders placed by 12 pm EST Monday thru Friday normally ship the same business day, if all items are in stock, and it is possible based on current order volumn. Large orders may require special blending to fulfill all items with fresh product. Please allow additional time.

All other orders are shipped the next business day. Please be aware that weekends are not business days. We use UPS, or USPS, based on our discretion.

Customs/Duty/Taxes/Brokerage/Handling/VAT Charges:

For all international shipping, the buyer must verify with his/her country import laws if such items are allowed to be imported. If the item is seized or refused by the buyer's country, We will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer only, and are due before receipt of the item. Customs fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, UPS, USPS prior to delivery.

If the buyer fails to pay customs fees, (VAT, fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, handling etc) the item will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier and NO refund will be applied to the buyer. All orders will be declared according to the checkout price. We are unable to change the items price due to carrier restrictions.

Buyer must provide a valid phone number and email upon checking out to facilitate delivery and customs clearance process. If the customer fails to comply with the carrier, and item is returned back to us, the customer will be charged for shipping of the item to his/her country, and shipping the item back to us, and any customs/processing fees associated with the shipment. We do not cover return shipping costs for any reason and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping and all other associated fees.
