PAYMENT
If you would like to collect your item from our showroom after purchasing through eBay then you are welcome to pay cash on collection.
Payment must be received within 72 hours of the auction end; we currently accept PayPal, cheques postal orders, direct bank transfers, credit cards and cash on collection.
SHIPPING
We ship to mainland UK, Ireland plus IOM, IOW – European shipping available at an extra cost.
We aim to despatch goods within 48hrs of payment. Items will be sent out by APC which includes insurance as standard.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All items returned must be in as new unused condition complete with all original packaging to be accepted for return.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is ours and any refunds made will be less the cost of initial shipping.
In addition we will refund the full sale amount including shipping costs, if the item is sent to you in a size or style that is different to that purchased or has been badly described.
