The Ecclesfield Rise and Recliner Chair is a stylish addition to any living room. 

The Ecclesfield offers superior comfort and is available in 5 soft touch fabrics and features both lift and recline action. 

Each chair has a waterfall pillow back design and a wealth of features including detachable arm and headrest covers for easy cleaning, side pockets for storing remote controls and magazines, castors for easy movement and an easy to use 2 button handset. 

The Ecclesfield Chair has a high quality OKIN single motor drive system and a battery back up system (2 x PP3 batteries not included). 

The chair can be split for ease of movement and has a maximum user weight limit of 160kg.

Any orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. 

Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. 

We will not dispatch your item until the VAT Relief declaration has been received or you have requested for us to add the VAT to the purchase. 

We do our utmost to have all orders delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch. If we are unable to meet this delivery time we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the situation. 

If you require our Engineered Delivery service (assembly and demonstration of your new product and removal of unwanted packaging), this is usually achieved within 5-10 working days and our team will call you to book in a convenient day and time for delivery. This service is an additional charge of £90.00 for Mainland UK. 

We can also remove and dispose of your old product which you no longer require for an additional £50.00 (only available when product is delivered by our engineered delivery service). 

If you would like to take advantage of this service please let us know via the eBay messaging system or the notes section when placing your order. 

If you require delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, British Isles or Northern Ireland additional charges may apply and delivery times may be extended. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system, if you would like delivery to one of these areas. 

Please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. As it is unlikely you will have time to thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery, please sign for the goods as UNCHECKED. If any damage is suspected please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED. We must be informed of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are not happy with your item please return the item in the original packaging within 14 days.

It is your responsibility to pay the postage cost of the returning goods. It is advisable to use a signed for delivery service for your protection. Once the item is received we will refund of purchase price by the same method as the payment was made.

All returned products must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state with no signs of use and still in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please inform us immediately via eBay message, so we can either organise the return of the goods and a replacement product to be sent out, or arrange collection of the goods and issue you a full refund.
