Here is an Antique French Vintage Stamped Silver Fish? Asparagus? SET w/ a Fork, a Knife, and a Spoon.

I am not sure what the purpose is, if it is for fish or for asparagus, maybe both?

I brought them back from France with me, and I know that they are Antique from the end of the 19th century. They are very intricate, chiselled, nicely decorated. The three pieces are the same model and obviously are meant to be together.

There are two stamps on each of them, for the fork, it is one on each side. One stamp is vaguely like a square which seems to have a profile face in it, the second stamp is like a diamond shape, I can read EC in two of them, in the third one, I think I read EA, but I am not sure, it is so small, that it is hard to read and to see, I think that the knife is the one which shows everything the best.

I have no idea if it is all silver or plated silver, but I don't see any other material appearing under the silver.

These pieces seem small to me, but maybe they are like they are supposed to be?

Size:
Spoon: 5 9/16" long, 1 3.8" wide at the widest part
Knife: 6 1/2" long, 7/8" wide at the widest part
Fork: 5 9/16" long, 1 1/4" wide at the widest part

Condition: I see a few dark traces on the fork (it will need a further cleaning), like a tiny scratch at the back of the knife, but it seems to come from the fabrication, and the stamps are very difficult to read. Overall, amazing Antique condition, please, check the photos as well.

For International Buyers: Please, check that you are allowed to import these kinds of pieces to you country before ordering them, thank you.
