• Payment is due within 48 hours following purchase. 
• Taxes:  Alabama residents will be charged 4% state sales tax.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Method:  Most larger items will ship via UPS.  Smaller items will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
• Handling Time:  Most items will ship on the Same or Next Business day after receiving full payment.
• International Buyers:  We ship WORLDWIDE on most products unless otherwise stated.  International buyers please email for shipping costs.  We reserve the right to refuse sales to international buyers with unconfirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

• Refunds and Exchanges:  Refunds and/or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving product unless otherwise stated.  In most cases, buyer must pay return shipping on all items.  Shipping costs will not be refunded unless item is defective.
• Warranty:   Most of our items are under manufacturer's warranty.  All other items are warrantied by Installer Depot unless otherwise stated.  We stand behind our products!  The details of the warranty will be described in the item description.
