Comes with the OEM lens, complete body.

Lens shows the following info: Stanley 041-3952 (L) Japan SAE 1 66 DOT 

Removed from a 1993 Acura Legend Sedan. Will NOT fit Coupe!

Lens has normal road marks, but has no large cracks at all.

This item is rated a 7 out of 10. Only due to road abuse the lens puts up with so expect slight lens marks. No large cracks or large chips.
