1. Fill 5 ml of aquarium water into the vial

2. Add 5 drops of Ca 1 reagent and mix. In the water sample, a white precipitate should form on the bottom.

3. Add 1 teaspoon of Ca 2 powder (green vial) and mix again. The water should turn dark red to purple.

4. Put the plastic tip on a 1ml syringe and take 1 ml of Ca 3 reagent over the liquid. A bubble of air will appear above the liquid, which is normal.

5. Add Ca 3 reagent to the water sample slowly until the water becomes blue.

6. The amount of added Ca 3 reagent, which will change the color from red / purple to blue, will indicate the calcium level according to the information on the attached card.

The optimal calcium level in a marine aquarium is 400-430mg / L. If the calcium level is below 400mg / L, you can increase its value by adding Colombo Calcium plus. Calcium is one of the most important elements in sea water and should therefore be checked regularly.

The package is enough for 40 tests.
