This well engineered performance exhaust Race Tube tailpipe fits as a direct replacement
for the original rear silencer. It fits directly to the original
centre pipe on Golf Mk5 GTi 2.0 TFSi 3 & 5 door HATCHBACK models,
built in the period Jan 2004 - August 2008.
The
Race Tube tailpipe is manufactured from high-grade aluminised
mild-steel tubing, and features ULTER polished stainless-steel TWIN
70mm ROUND tips. This tailpipe deletes the rear silencer altogether, so
expect a deeper more hollow exhaust note. A performance improvement is
also achieved by improving the flow through the system. Please note that bumper mods are NOT required when fitting this tailpipe to the model advised in the listing.
