Original 1886 Japanese woodcut executed by Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892 Japanese)

ARTWORK:  This original woodcut was created by Tsukioka Yoshitoshi in 1886.  This is a rare limited edition signed and sealed oban tate-e diptych.  The colors in this print are slightly unique and it is a variant proof slightly unique from other prints that are recorded.

CONDITION REPORT: This artwork is in excellent condition.  The colors remain full and bright.  This artwork is framed in a black and gold gilt hardwod frame.  The dimensions of the image are: 14 x 18 inches.  The framed dimensions are 21 x 25 inches.  There are faint traces and marks on the matting not affecting the print.  The print is a diptych and there is a small crease as issued between the two sheets that has slightly separated over time.

Artwork of this nature commands a premium from fine art investors. This artwork will prove to be a fine art investment that will appreciate for generations to come.
