Item Description

A product that can be used as an addition to your existing mattress. With just a 4" or 5" depth, it may not be so deep, but provides a good amount of comfort and support. You will find all the beneficial properties included in Reflex Foam. A zipped cover provides extra softness and comfort. It is also great to use for bunk beds or guest beds

PLEASE NOTE

All mattresses are FOLDED, ROLLED and VACCUUM PACKED using specialised machinery allowing for more convenient transport. This means that the mattress would need to be unpackaged and left for roughly 48 Hours for it to expand to the full size.

Whilst the vast majority of foam mattresses will expand exactly to the height in inches that is advertised, due to the nature of foam mattresses there is a small chanced your mattress may have a slight variance to what you expect.

There have been delays in courier collections and deliveries which have had a knock on effect in our ability to ship to you as fast as we normally do. Our factories also have reduced opening times due to staff shortages but we're working as hard as possible to get your mattresses to you in good time.

Where to start... We're a small business local to Yorkshire, who prides ourselves on specialising in home decor. Everything from contemporary kitchen utensils, to all singing, all dancing orthopaedic mattresses.


At DS Living, we focus on making sure that you're satisfied. Customers are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring you get the best experience around.

Delivery

Once your item has left our warehouse, we will update your eBay Order with the tracking information.

The tracking number should be used on the courier website in order to help track delivery right up to your doorstep.

Don't forget to give us your full address and a working contact number to avoid any undue delays, so the delivery driver can keep in touch.


Not in? Not to worry!

We encourage customers to plan orders to ensure you'll be at home to receive your delivery (especially for bulky items that can't be posted through the letterbox or left in a 'safe spot'). 


Tracking your parcel on the courier website may give you the option to leave a note for the drive, reschedule the delivery or leave it with a neighbour. Please note that this service is not available to all couriers!

For Mattresses: 

ONCE DISPATCHED, YOUR MATTRESS WILL BE SENT ON A 48-HOUR SERVICE. These delivery dates are estimated and can take up to 3-5 working days, especially during periods of high demand on courier networks such as Christmas, Easter or during extreme weather conditions.

Returns

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from our eBay Store. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

 

Non Receipt Of Items

 

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of despatch. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund [this is a Royal Mail rule].

Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.

If you still haven't received it by the 15th working day, please contact us via eBay & we will investigate the matter for you.


Returns from outside the UK

 

If you purchase an item from our UK store then the return process is slightly different as we are based in the UK and you are taking the option to purchase from our UK Store. With this in mind, any return would be at the cost of the buyer.

 

Items Damaged in Transit

 

If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.


Products Faulty On Arrival

 

If your item(s) are faulty on arrival, please advise us as such within 3 working days.

If You Change Your Mind (DSR)

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.

If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and DS Home Living Ltd have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.

If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.

Please note: Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to businesses or Trade sales.
