Here is what I believe to be the Most Unique #1 PLAYBOY in existence...an original PAGE 3 #1 PLAYBOY (from December,1953) with TWO Hugh Hefner autographs (one on the front cover and the second inside on page 3) and TWO Hugh Hefner drawings (self-portrait on the front cover and pipe-smoking Bunny inside on page 3). Not only is this the only PAGE 3 #1 PLAYBOY with the aforementioned attributes but it is the only #1 PLAYBOY (period) with those features. When it comes to first editions of Playboy, this one is on an island all by itself!The CGC Universal Grade label on this #1 PLAYBOY reads "From The Collection of Jane Sellers", a lifelong friend of Hef's. Their friendship began at Steinmetz High School in Chicago (in the early forties) and continued until their respective deaths (one month apart) in 2017. This is just one item, albeit the most significant, from the Jane Sellers Playboy memorabilia collection that I recently purchased.

No restoration of any kind has been done on this magazine. If there had been, CGC would have uncovered it and put this issue in their Restoration (Purple) Label.
