Here is a really nice hand hammered & dovetailed copper ritual laver with rolled lip and beautifully riveted folded copper handles. While it may have been made in Russia or other Eastern European country, the features noted are typical of the Georgian era coppersmiths c.1800. In any case, it is an impressive item. The inside is tinned. No repairs, holes, or noticeable dents.

The laver is 5” high, 5” across the top, and 4 1/2” across the bottom and weighs 1 lb. 2.6 oz.
