Shipping cost:
We offer three options-

Fast and Free - which as its name suggests is free. This shipping uses the Australia Post standard postal network which doesn't have tracking.

Express - We charge a flat rate using the Australia Post Express Parcel Delivery Service. This service is highly recommended if tracking is required.

Local Pickup - We do offer local pickup, this is by arrangement only as we don't have a shop front.

Delivery time:
Although we list a 1-day handling time we ship most items the same day if it's during business days (Mon-Fri) or the Next Business Day if you've purchased on a weekend or public holiday. For Fast and free post our cut off to make it in the post is 4 pm Queensland time and for Express our cut off is 12 pm Queensland time to allow for us to make it to the Post Office before the express post is picked up.

Please note that the time given by eBay is an estimated time only, sometimes circumstances outside of everyone's control will cause delays that exceed these dates. Primarily we see this happen around public holidays and special events such as Christmas. Please allow extra time if your parcel is running late.
