Founded in 2016, KWAVE_KPOP is now a Brisbane based Kpop merchandise retailer in favour of making Kpop more approachable and accessible to the global audience.

Our aim is to offer Kpop products and merchandise to its international fans at competitive and reasonable pricing. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer communication, customer service and prompt order dispatch.

All merchandise are authentic and official, directly imported from South Korea to our Brisbane based office, unless otherwise stated. Rest assure that we strive to offer the highest quality products to our customers.

All albums purchased from our store will be reflected on HANTEO CHART.

We accept payment through PayPal only.

All orders will be redirected to PayPal during checkout for payment. Please follow the prompts on the checkout page to see through order confirmation.

SHIPPING

Please message us for combined shipping options. We are able to offer a flat rate shipping cost on orders with multiple items.

Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday, from our office in Brisbane, Australia.

Your order will dispatch within 2 business days (within 1 business days for express orders). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your tracking number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

Buyers are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If parcel is redirected to back us, extra shipping cost will be incurred at buyer's own expenses.

International Customers: Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. KWAVE_KPOP is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside Australia will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. KWAVE_KPOP is not responsible for payment of this duty.  Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.

Minor scratches/dents/perforations/imperfections etc on album/photocards/poster/product are not substantial reasons for exchange/refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving in original, unused condition (including all original packaging, tags and labels).

Returns must be officially requested and mutually agreed upon through eBay prior to being sent. Refund for the cost of the merchandise will be processed 2 to 3 days after the returned item is received at our office. The total refund cost will exclude initial postage fees and return postage fees, unless the return is to rectify an error of the seller.

Exchanges must be officially requested and mutually agreed upon through eBay prior to being sent. Exchanged item will be dispatched 2 to 3 days after the returned item is received at our office. The costs of return postage (to seller) and postage to dispatch exchange item will be at the expense of the buyer, unless the exchange is to rectify an error of the seller.
