Each capsule provides 5 Billion probiotic colony forming units (CFU). The recommended daily serving of 2 capsules therefore provides 10 Billion CFU. There are 90 capsules per tub.

Our probiotic strains have been selected and tested for intestinal survival and for their ability to fight candida overgrowth in the gut. Each strain is naturally acid and bile resistant making them ideal for survivability. There is no point buying capsules with a higher CFU count if they do not survive transit through your digestive tract.

Once the foil seal under the lid has been broken we recommend that our probiotic should kept in the fridge with the lid on.
