All merchandise is sold with a limited 90 Days manufacturer's warranty. ProgRama Inc is not responsible for automotive downtime, damage incurred, or labor cost associated with replacement or removal of a ProgRama unit from any vehicle or improper diagnosis.
You assume the entire cost associated with servicing repair or correction of faults in your vehicle. ProgRama's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, including but not limited to negligence) shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to ProgRama Inc for the specific merchandise at issue.
Warranty excludes but is not limited to:
Parts lost due to fire
Parts lost due to water damages
Parts or information lost due to 3rd party software or part
Parts broken or otherwise damaged during transportation
Damages due to improper installation or use Core Refund Policy The core has to be identical to the one supplied. The core has to be complete with no missing parts, the core should not have any damaged or broken components and in rebuildable conditions. If core is broken, a partial core refund will be issued. Amount issued is dependent on the salvage value of the unit. Cores with severe water damage or burnt PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing any returns. Shipping cost is not refundable. |
