How to Use

  1. Step on the Stand and hold the handle to balance yourself.
  2. Touch finger trip and talon with the Stand and press, count 1-5 and change your foot side, take time at least 3 minutes.
  3. Tiptoe both of feet, count 1-5 and move down, take time at least 3 minutes.
  4. Press your feet to begin from the finger trip till the heel, take time at least 3 minutes.
  5. Use the other foot press on the foot, count 1-5 and change your foot side, take time at least 3 minute
