Shipping / Versand

All shipments will be made to the address provided by Ebay. Make sure that all information is correct. In case of returns because of errors in the address, the new shipment will be charged to the buyer.

Alle Sendungen werden per Post, per Einschreiben oder per Expressversand verschickt. Alle Artikel werden an die bei Ebay angegebene Adresse gesendet. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Daten korrekt sind. Im Falle einer Rücksendung eines Artikels wegen eines Fehlers in der Adresse, trägt der Käufer die neuen Versandkosten.

Refunds / Rückgaben

Our products (unless stated differently) are used but tested and working properly.
Do not buy any item for troubleshooting. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item. After receiving and checking the item for serial number and faults, we will return the purchase price for the item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please understand that mistakes made by clients cause very high administrative expenses (shipping, packaging, comissions...) Every return by the customer will cause 30% of the item price for adminstrative expenses.
