This is a Vintage Porcelain Elfinware Boot and 2 Floral Leaf Shaped Dishes. Made in Germany.

We are in no way experts but from what we can find the items description is to the best of our knowledge.  

This is in good condition with no cracks or chips (see pictures). 
The dishes are approximately 3/4" high x 3 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" deep.
The boot is approximately 3" high x 3" wide x 1" deep.
