About Us
- 1973, Halloween - Ed "Moose" Savage started selling great shtuff (as he calls it) as a street vendor in a Groucho Marx disguise in front of Boston University.
- 1978 - He opened "Picture Paradise," in Allston, MA where characters such as The Ramones shopped.
- 2005 - The store was moved to an old tannery building in Salem, MA.
- 2018 - He's enjoying the woods, mountains, rivers, lakes, snow, and people of enchanting Solon, ME!
- "Picture Paradise" is now known as "The Cranky Moose" because, frankly, "Moose" can get rather cranky!
