IMEI/ESN: 

We cannot give the imei/esn numbers of clean devices prior to purchase due to security concerns of our buyers. But in the event that you receive an item not as described, your purchase is covered by the eBay money back guarantee. 


If there are any problems with your order, such as:

  • Damaged during shipment

Shipping:

  • Handling time - Up to 2 business days, but most packages are mailed on the same or next day. 
  • Mailing days - Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. 

Please note:  Orders completed on Friday after 12pm may not ship until the following Monday, due to carrier pick up times. 


Tracking: 

Tracking information will be uploaded when the USPS label has been processed. Due to this, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. Tracking will update once the carrier has scanned the label.

Returns: 

We accept returns on some listings, however buyer must select correct return reason. If no return option is given, the item is not eligible for return.

Opening a return with false information to avoid shipping charges or any policy requirements will result in an escalated case, charged fees and/or no refund given.
