You're looking at a VTG 1970's RARE CEREAL PREMIUM MEXICAN JOE CARIOCA DISNEYKINS MADE AT MEXICO. The figure is in good pre-owned condition with some signs of wear as scratches, plastic burrs and light dust. It measures 1 1/4" tall approx. I found it at a Mexican Flea Market.
