5 in 1 Inverter Welder PM-IMG-220T

The PM-IMG-220T welder, thanks to its performance, will be used both in home workshops and households as well as in more professional applications such as field work and all kinds of repair work inside buildings.

Is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source for welding with MIG / MAG or FCAW gas shielded self-shielding wire (after polarity change), welding with MMA lagging electrode, as well as TIG Lift (requires to buy an additional TIG Lift welding handle).

The electronics of the device are based on IGBT transistors combining the advantages of two types of transistors, easy control of field effect transistors and high breakdown voltage as well as switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees a perfect weld. The device is light and compact thanks to IGBT technology.

WELDING:

Adjustment of welding parameters is infinitely variable (smooth), the maximum welding current depends on the thickness of the wire / electrode used, welding voltage, as well as the wire feed speed in the case of the MIG / MAG / FCAW method. The two-roll feeder works with 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0mm wire.

The high efficiency of the welder allows welding with 220A current (for MIG / MAG / FCAW), and 170A for (TIG / MMA) in a 60% duty cycle. The thermal switch will turn off the device in case of exceeding the permissible duty cycle for a given welding current, thus preventing the welding machine from overheating.

The current parameters of the device during welding are displayed on two, very legible displays facilitating the selection of optimal operating parameters. Comfortable and very legible manipulators allow you to change welding parameters even with gloves on.
