Returns are available on a limited basis. For an item to be eligible for return, you must notify us of your intent to return and item within 3 Business Days of confirmed Receipt. Returns will only be accepted if unopened, unused, and undamaged. All items are requested to be returned with a tracking number. There is a standard 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. We will deduct an amount of the refund as determined by us for any item returned after use. Damaged, used or items described as Non – Returnable are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
