Lot of 13 silver print nocturnal photos showing illuminated buildings and fountains (by Lalique?) of the 1935 World’s Exposition in Brussels. Fantastic Art Deco photos, with deep tones and superb clarity. Photos are unsigned but all striking and skillfully composed, even recalling work by Belgium’s great Modernist photographer Willy Kessels. Each photo measures 4.5” by 3.25”, and all are in excellent condition save for curled edges.
