CONDITION-RETURNS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. CD's all visually graded by consensus at the office & if passages played noted in description (as 'played'). Unlike vinyl generally 99% of CD's play perfectly even with small visual rub/marks light scratches so no partial refunds/negotiation on condition opinion/disputes.

If just unhappy you can send it back for a refund in the same condition/packaging as sent ( note: generally a cleaning with a microfiber cloth & warm water, works wonders). We check all returns on our ordinary office player. We're very fair & our customers are happy, please check our feedback.

STANDARD SHIPPING can take anywhere from about 6-28 days. All our domestic shipments have delivery confirmation which you can check. Just be patient or take Priority Mail if you need speedy delivery

PAYMENT, PAYPAL. Email before bidding if there are questions on other payment methods. Payments need to be received within 7 days after auction close. After 7 days an automatic 'Non-Paying Bidder' notice is sent out by Ebay.

SHIPPING/BILLING. We are normally able to ship within one business day of receiving payment. We are not here over the weekend to deal with correspondence. Billing will be Mon for weekend close. Items paid for Fri will ship Mon.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE...Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost, these fees are the buyers responsibility. Check with your country's customs office prior to bidding or buying.

BEST OFFERS POLICY. After 20 years of book/music selling we endeavour to list all our items at realistic fair market value and not in the fantasy sphere that one often sees. You will find us lower than most at comparable condition! so you can safely 'Buy It Now' before anyone else or make an offer. All reasonable offers we will see & respond to. We do not see bottom fishing offers with little chance for serious negotiation or offers as these are under our Ebay automatic decline limit.

WRAPPING. We've been selling & shipping items, books, pulps & comics for many years. We wrap small light books, mags and pulps our own tried and tested way fully protected in heavy wrapping/ polybags with strong card stiffeners in envelopes or corrugated wrapping/ bubble wrapped in padded envelopes. Larger heavy/expensive books & large heavy mags go in boxes fully protected. Other items as appropriate for safe shipping. With respect, we don't follow detailed ( usually labour intensive) instructions on wrapping your exact way, admonitions to wrap carefully are unnecessary, you'll be happy. Comic Strips in small quantities are packaged in shipping tubes as are posters ( unless rare/ fragile/framed) or flat and stacks in boxes, just as we would ship to institutions. Note our fine feedback on the care we take.

RETURNS. See note at page end. No refund on shipping unless item grossly misdescribed.

SHIPPING TO THIRD PARTY. We only ship to the ebay members confirmed address but...If the Ebay member on record is not going to be there to receive the item and see it come out of the package our normal money back guarantee will not apply and we sell the item as is with no return. This is firm.
